Nel gennaio 2004, nella città di Giulietta e Romeo, in un Palazzo del 500 finemente ristrutturato, nasce il Ristorante Beluga….

We spent two nights in Verona. After the first night we decided to eat here again. The food was exceptional, fresh ingredients, excellently prepared and nutritionally wholesome. Truly a meal. Excellent selection of wines . Helpful staff . During the second dinner we experienced a storm, but the owner of the restaurant personally drove us to the hotel in his car . I will definitely return to this restaurant . The owner and his colleague put everything into the concept , a lifetime . Thank youI will remember the dinner for a very long time.

Good restaurant but fish was not fresh (I can understand easily that it is there for 4-5 days), also extremely expensive. We paid ~70€ per person.

I dined at Beluga restaurant and was incredibly impressed by the overall experience. The food was absolutely delicious - every dish was expertly prepared and full of fresh, flavourful ingredients. The drinks were also fantastic, with a great selection of wines. The service was top-notch, with the waitstaff being attentive and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions I had about the menu.The atmosphere was also noteworthy. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and had a great ambiance that made for a very enjoyable dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and drinks, great service, and a lovely atmosphere.

 Verificata Verrassend aangenaam. Aanrader. Omdat we geen zin hadden in zwart Italiaanse kost gezocht naar een visrestaurant. Via TA Beluga tegen gekomen. De naam roept voor Nederlandse smulpapen mooie herinneringen op. Deze Beluga ermee vergelijken is niet eerlijk, maar wat een fijn restaurant. Kundige, vriendelijke en eerlijke bediening. We kozen voor een plekje buiten. Weliswaar gelegen aan een redelijk frequent gebruikte weg, maar niet echt hinderlijk. Twee voorgerechten gedeeld (een heerlijke bruschetta met tomaat en ansjovis en 4 op verschillende wijze bewerkte coquilles), als hoofdgerecht beiden de grote scampi's in pittige olijfolie genomen. Ruime porties, precies goed. Ondanks voornemen het niet te doen, toch de verleiding van het dessert niet kunnen weerstaan en een rood fruit gerecht gedeeld. We dronken er op advies geen heel dure (die wel op de kaart staan) Soave bij. Een Soave Classico Siperiore bij van het huis Canoso, uit 2019 !!! voor €36,=. Een uitstekende begeleider. Even snel ergens een visje eten liep uit op een heerlijk en betaalbaar diner, waar alles klopte. Echt doen als je in de buurt bent ( paar wandel minuten van de beroemde Arena gelegen)

 Verificata Excellent Fish Restaurant We were in Verona for our wedding anniversary; a night at the opera to see Aida and a special anniversary dinner at Beluga. The food was splendid; scallops to start, a main of perfectly cooked whole sea bass with roast potatoes, desert was a mille feuille that almost floated off the plate. The whole meal was faultless, the restaurant charmingly hosted by the owners, with subtle background music of 60s R&B. Great ambience and great food. Verona is a delightful city so will certainly go back for the opera and to eat at Beluga again.

 Verificata Tornare al Beluga è sempre una sicurezza. Tornare da Massimo al Beluga è stata una conferma !!! Qualità della materia prima sempre eccelsa , dove le cruditè la fanno da padrone. Carta vini frutto di tanti anni di esperienza. Sevizio professionale con Damiano che ti accompagna all’interno del menu. Bravi ragazzi a presto .

 Verificata Deserves better reviews Of our three nights in Verona this was the best evening meal out. We choose restaurants from the Michelin Guide app and were disappointed not to find this restaurant listed. It should be. The first course scallops were as good as anywhere and the turbot was delicious. The staff were immensely friendly and helpful and we would be very surprised if other visitors did not have the same experience.
